Mindful Movement
I have been exploring movement my whole life. Ballet, weight lifting, Cross Fit, Krav-Maga, yoga, and natural movement, leading to certification as GMB instructor, an integrative natural movement based fitness method. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider I know the importance of mindful movement in recovery from injuries and trauma. I use GMB method to help people heal from trauma, emotional wounds and find more joy and freedom in their lives.
GMB method is focused on using mindful body weight movements to help you get stronger, move better, and build total confidence in your body. Using this method, I will help you identify your goals, assess your current abilities, address what is holding you back from being most effective at achieving your goals, apply your new abilities to daily life, and then repeat this process as your skills improve and your goals change over time.
